Kadija Home Care Agency is seeking Direct Care Workers to fill several roles in our services in the Philadelphia area.

Qualified entry-level candidates are eligible for a competitive rate.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Direct Care Worker interacts with and supports the individual in a variety of potential settings, including community, family, or individual homes and generic community settings.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Interact with and supports the individual in a variety of potential settings, including community, family or individual homes, and generic community settings.

  • Provide personal care, companionship, and other support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP).

  • Provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every person served.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required

  • Related experience is helpful

  • Valid driver's license
